Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP System Management:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems.
• Ensure the ERP system supports the organization’s business processes and operations.

2. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.

3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades and patches.

4. User Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
• Develop and generate reports for management and other stakeholders.

6. Project Management:

• Lead and manage ERP-related projects, including new implementations and system upgrades.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

7. Compliance and Security:

• Ensure ERP system compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
•  Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP management in Food Industry only
• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management and team leadership.
